Plastic surgery can go very wrong. You never know exactly how it’s going to turn out until after a long period of healing, bandages, and follow-up appointments. You could either have a great and subtle effect that doesn’t change you so much as sets you up to not show wrinkles too much in the future — or come out of it looking like you’re wearing a permanent plastic mask with a frozen expression fixed unnaturally on “happy.” It’s a bet some stars have openly declared they are unwilling to place with their looks, while others continually pursue the illusive fountain of youth under the knives of plastic surgeons in hopes of avoiding the inevitable, or at least putting it off indefinitely.
