When you are a model a rockin’ body is necessary. And to those who want you to model for them, it does not matter how you get that bod. Some beautiful women are incredibly lucky and do not have to work out one bit to get their sexy figures. Then there are women like Molly Sims. Sure she seems to have it all, and at 38 she looks better than a lot of 21 year-old women I have seen, but the truth is that she has to really work for it like the rest of us normal people.
In January’s issue of Shape magazine the stunning model, actress, and television host, Molly Sims, graces the cover. She also reveals what it takes for her to look the way she does, and it isn’t just good genes. She honestly answers that her gorgeous body “does not come naturally.” So what’s her routine and how can you get that hot bod? Sims said, “I have to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least five days a week and stick to a high-fiber, low-calorie eating plan.”
Who knew that diet and exercise really did give you a body that would be worth it all. Of course, as a model, Sims was not always such a gym rat. She was ready to find a permanent fix for her health and fitness after a long while of fad dieting and erratic exercising. To get herself into the routine of going to the gym she made a commitment to go for thirty days straight without fail. After that it became a part of her life that she eventually grew to love.
I have to say this definitely should inspire the people out there looking to get healthy through diet and exercise. You can have a body like Molly Sims through hard work and dedication.
