Over the Labor Day weekend the TNA Wrestler and champion, Kurt Angle was pulled over by police after they had received a call that he was driving jerkily. Angle was then arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, but wait, his blood alcohol levels were actually below the legal limit in the state of Virginia, which is .08, at only .06 when he was arrested.
The state’s Blood Alcohol Analysis certificate has made it’s way out into the open, and we found a copy of it proving that indeed Angle was not at or above the .08 limit, but below it at .06.
In a statement released by the wrestler he says, “I did not believe my driving behavior was reckless or otherwise improper…Subsequent to the stop, I was asked to submit a breathalyzer test and passed. I do not believe that I broke any laws and will be entering a plea of not guilty in response to any pending charges.”

Looks, to me like Kurt Angle is not guilty. In the past though there have been quite a few other well known faces who did not pan out that well when it comes to celebrity DUIs.
